I couldn’t be more excited for everyone who joins us – where you will learn how to teach your body to fully let go of emotional tension and overwhelm. Both during our 5 days together and also in the weeks after!
The 3-Days of Take Your Nervous System on Holiday Experience – has one mission:
To bring such deep rest to your nervous system, your body – you’ll feel like you’ve had the holiday of a lifetime.
This is going to be 3 consecutive days of powerful somatic exercises that will go directly to the places you are holding emotional tension & stress, and teach your nervous system how to release it.
Over 3 days you’ll move into a new body-based understanding of how if we want to change our thoughts and how we feel about our life – we need to change how we feel in our body.
At the end of this 3 days you’ll know how to:
- Stop spirals of Panic, Dread & Rage in their tracks – & move into calm & safety
- Release the day’s emotional stress & tension
- Move from feeling stuck/trapped/doom into experiences of safety & calm
- Released emotional tension & stress
- Given your body (& nervous system) a much needed break so it can relish and soak in beautiful calm & easefulness.

This is something I practice myself everyday – and have taught hundreds of people in my Somatic based programs and courses.
My mission in life is to show people how to release overwhelm – so they can live life from a place where they are thriving – know how to access internal states of calm & ease – even when life is challenging.
- So we can be calmer with and more connected to our kids.
- So we can navigate conflicts with our partners more easily because we feel calmer (or siblings / parents / long lost aunties etc.)
- To handle times of busy work / life events without disconnecting or ‘white knuckling through’
- Not go into shut down or find ourselves racing through life…
