I only do these live/recorded experiences now for large groups. For private coaching, close-proximity work, personal support for your experiences, I am working only in the Mid-Life Unbound Program. So this is an awesome way to experience my work live!
We’ll spend time each day working with the sensations of emotions using very simple, easy to remember tools that not only signal safety but also give you all the space you need to release that emotion.
And we’ll do it together!
Doing things in community – with other people working through the same or similar emotions – can feel so nurturing and nourishing to the nervous system.
Plus we’ll take it one tiny piece at a time. We’ll chip away and reduce mountains of fear or lakes of sadness or grief, epic hurricanes of rage.
All so that you can feel more at ease in yourself as well as now having access to all the delicious and delightful emotions like joy, excitedness, love & peace.
We’ll use powerful tools to show our body – this is safe! So that we don’t get emotionally flooded.
All with the aim that you end up feeling incredibly empowered at the end of the 7 days – lighter, softer, less tension, less emotionally flooding – and of course knowing how to not feel overwhelmed by your emotions!
Plus these are tools you can use for a lifetime. They will be invaluable any time you notice any emotion coming up like anxiety or sadness, fear or rage. Knowing exactly what to do when you feel endless loops of rageful thoughts, the sudden explosions of fear, or the deep wells of sadness or shame. Knowing how to give space to and move through these normal humans emotions.
