- And give your body (& nervous system) a much needed break so it can relish and soak in all this beautiful calm & relaxation. Yum!

This is going to be 10 days of powerful somatic exercises that will go directly to the places you are holding emotional tension & stress, and teach your nervous system how to release it.
Over 10 days you’ll move into a new body-based understanding of how if we want to change our thoughts and how we feel about our life – we need to change how we feel in our body.
At the end of this 10 days you’ll know how to:
