We’ll meet 3 times per month at the beginning of our work and we’ll gently release stored emotional stress, rewire your nervous system for deep calm, and build unshakable resilience.
Between sessions, you’ll receive a personalized summary email, guided audios, and embodiment practices so you can start feeling the shifts in real-time – seeing yourself react differently, making choices from a place of ease, and experiencing emotional freedom in ways that once felt impossible.
