This six-week somatic healing experience is a deeply restorative, community-supported journey designed to help your body finally let go of what it’s been holding… and remember how to settle into calm again.
Not through effort.
Not through mindset shifts or “thinking your way out of stress.”
But by working directly with your nervous system – the place where stress actually lives.
This is both an introduction to somatic healing and a place where real change happens in your body and emotions, week by week.
You’ll learn why somatic practices work, how stress and emotion get stored in the body, and how to gently unwind them – while also experiencing tangible shifts in how you feel: calmer, lighter, more grounded, and more resilient in everyday life.
Over six live sessions, I’ll guide you through simple, powerful somatic practices that help your nervous system come out of stress mode and into safety and regulation. You’ll learn how to release built-up tension, discharge emotional energy, and create the internal conditions your body needs to truly relax.
Just as importantly, you’ll understand what’s happening inside your body as you do it, so these practices stop feeling mysterious or hit-or-miss – and start feeling reliable and empowering.
You’ll receive personal guidance from me throughout the experience, with space to ask questions and get support around what you’re actually navigating – whether that’s anxiety, overwhelm, emotional shutdown, grief, irritability, or explosive emotions that feel hard to control.
We’ll work gently and respectfully with your body, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Many people find that simply having a consistent place to land each week – a space where they can unwind, be guided, and not have to hold everything together – creates profound shifts all on its own.
Over six weeks
Each session is a blend of learning, guided practice, and conversation.
You’ll be introduced to the foundations of somatic healing – why it creates such powerful emotional and nervous system shifts – and then guided through practices that help your body experience that shift directly.
Expect gentle movement, simple breathwork, and nervous system re-patterning designed to release emotional tension, reconnect you with a sense of safety, and soothe a frazzled system.
This is a calm, supportive group space where you’ll feel seen, not pressured – and where your body can finally exhale.
All sessions are live, and all are recorded. You’ll have lifetime access to the recordings, so you can revisit the practices anytime your body needs support.
By the end of this experience…
You won’t just “know” somatic techniques – you’ll feel them as second nature.
