Empowering knowledge – when we are lost in a sea of feelings, unhelpful reactions and unhealthy behaviors, we aren’t often aware of why we feel and do the things we do.
We don’t know why we are reacting in the way that we are. Knowledge is so powerful in this way, because it shows you clearly where shame and other emotions are showing up in your life. We can’t change what we don’t see, so this knowledge will empower you on your journey.
De-shaming & Shame-releasing practices: Once we have the knowledge, we want to take the next step of releasing the shame we are carrying. We want to bring a deeper awareness of how shame feels for us and where it shows up in our life so that we can work to release the painful, uncomfortable sensations it creates.
Small practices to continue the de-shaming process: You will receive a beautiful downloadable workbook that will give you the tools to create your own personal roadmap for working with shame and awakening authenticity.
The workbook will contain all of the practices we cover in the course, as well as de-shaming journal prompts, counter-shaming tools and exercises to release the sensations of shame from your body.
