Harnessing the nervous system to create powerful, embodied emotional change
The Embodied Coach – Harnessing the nervous system to create powerful, embodied emotional change – will start with a small Founding Cohort of just 5 people.
I’m intentionally keeping this first group very small so that I can offer a highly personal and deeply supportive experience, with plenty of opportunity for questions, feedback and individual support.
As this is the founding cohort, the programme will also be offered at 50% of the regular price.
The aim of the training is to help you become a deeply confident and effective coach – not just someone who knows how to structure a coaching session, but someone who understands what is actually happening for a client emotionally and physiologically, and knows how to support them through it.
One of the things I love most about coaching is seeing the changes people make. The feedback I receive from clients is incredibly rewarding, but there is also something deeply powerful about learning how to understand and work with our own emotional states.
The more we learn to recognise what is happening within ourselves, the more present and grounded we can be with other people. It becomes a deeply fulfilling cycle of support.
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and completed numerous trainings over the years, and I’ve brought together what I believe are the most essential skills, tools and techniques for creating real change.
A big part of this is understanding the nervous system – because so many of the patterns that keep us stuck are not simply a matter of “knowing what to do”. They are connected to the ways our bodies and nervous systems have learned to protect us.
The Embodied Coach will help you understand:
- Why clients can remain stuck, even when they consciously want to change
- How to recognise when someone is in a survival state
- How to support clients through difficult emotions within a coaching session
- How to create a sense of emotional safety and trust
- The essential emotional safety do’s and don’ts
- My tried and tested emotional processing techniques
- How to work with the nervous system to support more lasting change
- How to recognise your own emotional states and stay grounded while coaching someone else
- How to navigate the different challenges that can arise during a coaching session
- How to use the principles and techniques to deepen your own emotional healing journey
You don’t need to be an expert in the nervous system or emotional processing to do this work.
In fact, one of the things I find so powerful is that when we understand the core principles, we can begin to support ourselves and others in much more meaningful ways.
The goal is not to give you a complicated system to follow.
It is to help you understand what might be happening for your client, what they may need in that moment, and how to support them in moving towards real change.
This is the kind of change I aim to support in my own coaching work. For example, one client, Diane, shared:
“After decades of searching for guidance on how to truly live my best life, I experienced only inconsistent and fleeting success – until I found Diana. When I finally reached out to begin coaching, she had an incredible ability to weave together everything I had learned over the years and help me shape a life grounded in hope, love, and peace. With her support, I’ve made more progress than I ever thought possible. She is pure magic.”
And Kylie said:
“Our sessions weren’t just about talking, they were about real change. Diana helped me gently unpack things I didn’t even realise were holding me back. I’ve come away feeling calmer, clearer and so much more confident in myself. Things that used to feel overwhelming don’t have the same hold on me anymore, and I handle situations so differently now.”
My hope is that this training will give you a deeper understanding of how to help create this kind of change for the people you work with – while also giving you the confidence to trust yourself as a coach.

By the end of the programme, you will have a deeper understanding of:
- How to recognise your own emotional and survival states and support yourself through them
- How to recognise what state your client may be in and how to support them
- The key ingredients a client needs in order to be able to create lasting change
- How to work with emotions rather than becoming overwhelmed by them
- How to create a safe, supportive and effective coaching space
- How to support clients through the things that may arise during a session
The Founding Cohort
As this is the first time I’m running this programme, I’m limiting the Founding Cohort to just 5 people.
This means you’ll receive a much more personal level of support than will be possible in future groups.
The investment for the Founding Cohort will be:
£2,000 GBP / approximately $2,675 USD
The planned regular price will be £4,000 GBP / $5,348 US, and future groups will be larger.
I’m offering this first cohort at half the regular price because I want to keep it intimate, gather feedback and develop the programme closely alongside the people taking part.
Because there are only 5 places available, I expect the group to fill fairly quickly. If you’ve been thinking about becoming a coach, developing your coaching skills, or learning more about this way of working, you are welcome to reach out, ask questions or get clarity on anything you’d love to know.
If you’d like to be considered for one of the 5 places, email me and let me know a little about what you’re looking for and why the training interests you.
