If you’ve worked with me before, or you’re currently in a container with me, and you’re looking for a way to stay connected to the somatic healing work we’ve begun – this space is for you.
Think of it like your weekly yoga class… but for your nervous system.
Each week, you’ll be gently guided through soothing, regulating somatic exercises to help your system release stress, process emotional tension, and settle into a deeper sense of calm and self-trust.
This is a live, ongoing 12-week group experience, where you get to show up just as you are – whether you’re carrying anxiety, sadness, fatigue, grief, or just the weight of a full life – and be guided through practices that offer deep relief and regulation.
What You’ll Receive:
- One live session per week for 12 weeks
- 1 hour guided somatic practice
- Recordings provided so you can return to the sessions anytime
- A blend of breathwork, gentle movement, nervous system re-patterning, and emotional processing tools
- A safe, supportive space to come as you are – no pressure to perform or “fix” anything
- Personal guidance from me to help tailor the practices to what you’re navigating week to week
