One of the areas we get so stuck in is our intimate relationships. Patterns are formed around support, communication and emotions – and sometimes it feels impossible to even try to change how we are, and how another is, in our relationships.
But one of the radical things that is always possible is that if we change how we are in a relationship, the other person must change how they are. If we change our reactions and responses, if we go on our journey of self-knowledge and emotional healing, we then can show up completely differently, thus bringing about the sea-change in our intimate relationships that so many of us seek.
This 5 part workshop will dive into why we create the patterns in relationships that we do, why some people are such a ‘problem’ for us and how we can move away from that feeling of trapped-ness.
We will be doing many processing and emotional journeying techniques that you can then use for the months and years to come to build relationships of greater harmony and of equanimity.

Lesson 1 – The biggest challenge in all relationships – a break down of why our emotions derail us in all of our relationships, and the pathway towards reducing emotional chaos
Lesson 2 – Techniques to bring a calm and more emotional safety into our relationships so we can feel stronger together
Lesson 3 – How to release emotional patterns including blame, resentment, frustration and heartbreak
Lesson 4 – How to explore our emotional needs in our relationships – so we be clear and feel heard
Lesson 5 – The basic and ultra effective tools we need for powerful communication and negotiation
