Coaching Services Terms & Conditions

1. Coaching Relationship

Coaching services are intended to support personal development, emotional awareness, and self-growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment and should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

The client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.

2. Payment and Fees

All coaching services and program packages must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon.

Payment secures your place in the coaching program and reserves time within the coach’s schedule.

3. No Refund Policy

All coaching services, programs, and session packages are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching services, the reservation of time, and the preparation involved, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend sessions

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Personal circumstances

  • Inability to complete the program

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing coaching services, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their credit card provider or payment processor.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after services have been purchased or provided, the coach reserves the right to provide documentation of services rendered, session records, and agreement to these Terms & Conditions to the payment processor.

Any chargeback that is initiated in violation of these Terms may result in the client being responsible for all associated fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses.

5. Scheduling and Session Policies

Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions using the scheduling options provided.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If a client is late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

6. Expiration of Sessions

Coaching packages must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period may expire and will not be refunded or extended.

7. Termination of Coaching Relationship

The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if it is determined that the relationship is no longer appropriate, productive, or aligned.

In such cases, remaining sessions may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, tools, frameworks, exercises, written materials, videos, recordings, and program content are the intellectual property of the coach and are provided for personal use only.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, teach, or publish any materials without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that the coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, decisions, outcomes, or actions resulting from participation in coaching services.

Clients accept full responsibility for their own choices and results.

11. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing coaching services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Coaching services are provided within a respectful and professional environment. The coach reserves the right to immediately terminate services if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
