Bringing loving attention, and transformative tools, to create Emotional Resilience
We all have the potential to be free, joyful, productive and happy humans. What can limit our lives is the way we have learnt to respond and cope with stress, trauma and our daily emotional patterns.
In this workshop, through gentle emotional processing we will untangle habits and rewire how you respond to the people and issues in your life that are most challenging. We will do this using the understanding of how our neurochemical brain states affect how we are feeling and reacting to the world around us.
In this 7 week online workshop we will be diving deeper into a brain-state focused approach of coming out of overwhelm and creating safety in our nervous systems – as well as learning tools to gently process emotions and come out of emotional reactivity.
We will be working with all emotions and emotional patterns that you have – from deep feelings of isolation, sensations of anger or rage, the sadness and pain of grief to despair, shame or fatigue.
You will learn why and how your brain encounters emotions and gets activated, and learn simple but very powerful tools to build more emotional capacity and resilience.
I will create an empathic, gentle and loving space for this work.
We will be going into a deeper understanding about how we have created emotional patterns and dysregulated nervous systems that respond to stress, panic, anger or other intense emotional experiences as though they are deep threats to our lives.
This 7 part workshop will help you:

Explore and release the intensity of some of your most overwhelming emotions

Identify unhelpful emotional patterns – and how to process and integrate emotions

Give you a unique understanding of why you are responding to situations, memories and experiences the way you are

Provide tools and a framework to work with your emotions in your everyday life

Provide a safe and understanding space for you to bring and share any experiences you wish

Give you tools to help you when other people are dysregulated or in deep emotional overwhelm.

Simple, but powerful tools for you to use to create nervous system regulation and emotional processing outside of the workshop
You will finish this workshop with a set of powerful tools, a deep understanding of how your emotions work and you will have developed your emotional resilience and emotional capacity.
